Shipping & Delivery What shipping options do you offer? We offer flexible shipping for US customers:
- Express Shipping: 3-6 business days – $20
- Free Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – FREE (automatic on all orders)
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – $10 (alternative tracked option)
Free shipping applies at checkout—no minimum required. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, carrier schedules, or weather conditions.
How long will my order take to arrive? Most orders process and ship within 1-2 business days. After shipping:
- Express: Arrives in 3-6 business days
- Standard/Free: Arrives in 7-14 business days
We ship to all 50 states from our US-based warehouse.
Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, or Hawaii? Yes! We ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), Alaska, and Hawaii. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
What if my doormat is delayed, damaged, or lost? Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery with your order number (and photos if damaged). We'll track it or resolve quickly (replacement, refund, or credit).
Products & Quality What materials are your doormats made from? We use high-quality, durable options like natural coir (coconut fiber – great for scraping dirt), rubber-backed coir (for stability and weather resistance), recycled rubber, nylon/polypropylene (indoor/outdoor), and PVC. Each product page lists exact materials, size, thickness, and features like non-slip backing or UV resistance.
Are your doormats suitable for indoor or outdoor use? We offer both! Outdoor mats (coir, rubber) handle rain, snow, sun, and heavy traffic. Indoor mats (low-pile nylon or rubber) are perfect for entryways, mudrooms, or porches. Many are versatile for covered outdoor areas.
How do I clean and maintain my doormat? Shake or vacuum regularly to remove loose dirt. For deeper clean: Hose off outdoor coir/rubber mats and air dry; spot clean or machine wash (gentle cycle, cold water) for indoor types if label allows. Avoid harsh chemicals to preserve colors and fibers. Coir mats shed naturally at first – normal and will stop after a few shakes.
Do you offer personalized or custom doormats? Yes! Many designs allow customization (names, quotes, patterns). Check product pages for options and upload your text/image if available.
Returns & Refunds What is your return policy? 30-day returns for unused, unopened doormats in original condition and packaging. Customer pays return shipping unless defective, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong item.
How do I initiate a return or exchange? Email support@truevuee.com with your order number, reason, and photos. We'll provide instructions and a return label if approved.
Orders & Payment What payment methods do you accept? Major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more via secure Shopify Payments.
Is my payment secure? Yes—Shopify uses industry-leading SSL encryption. We never store your full card details.
